 Leadership is more than just a title or position; it’s a journey of self-discovery and growth. “Leadership – The Inside Story” delves into the self-awareness and introspection necessary to become a highly effective leader. This course emphasizes that effective leadership starts from within, building on personal strengths, values, and experiences.

Our "Leadership the Inside Story" program is delivered through a combination of lecturettes, group discussions, interactive exercises, and video clips. We believe that a hands-on approach is the most effective way to learn and retain new information, with application being the ultimate objective. Our program will provide opportunities for executives to engage with each other, share experiences, and learn from one another.

The “Leadership the Inside Story” program includes a comprehensive three-day training session. The program will be facilitated by our team of experienced leadership trainers, led by Stephen Duncanson, CEO of the True Destiny Leadership Group, LLC.

Program Outcomes:

Upon completion of the “Leadership the Inside Story” training program, participants will have:

• Developed a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and its application in their leadership context.
• Learned how to “lead from within”, including developing personal and professional character, maintaining solid working relationships with team members, and understanding the distinction between equipping and developing leaders.
• Explored the specific Levels of Leadership and how they apply to law enforcement professionals.
• Enhanced their leadership skills and ability to lead their team with confidence and empathy.
